Reading Eagle -Investigators found used hypodermic needles near the steering wheel of the SUV driven by a Kentucky man that struck another SUV on Interstate 78 over the weekend, killing a father and his son from Schuylkill County, state police in Hamburg said Monday.
Christopher A. Cornelius, 41, of Louisville was charged Saturday with possessing and intending to use drug paraphernalia. The investigation of the crash itself continues.
